12-6-14 Christmas Bazaar flyer

Exhibitors providing handmade items or product lines such as Mary Kay or Thirty-one are currently being accepted for a Christmas Bazaar to be held at St. Paul’s UCC on Saturday, December 6 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.  All items must be new and/or handcrafted.

Anyone interested in renting a booth at this Bazaar, or who would like more information, should contact one of the following:  Marla/Carla Wittenbraker (812-853-7251), Darlene Jewell (812-746-5174), Shannon Jackson (812-867-6727) or Polly Ellison (812-455-8932).

Booth rental (8’x 10’space with one 6′ table and 2 chairs) is $20.  An additional table is $5 and limited spaces with electricity are $5.  Set-up in the St. Paul’s gym will be 7:00am-9:00am on Saturday, December 6, 2014 and must be completed by 9:00am.  (All exhibitors must check in at the gym doors)  Tear down may begin no earlier than 4:00pm on 12/6.

This event is sponsored by the Triangle Sunday School Class.  Proceeds from the booth rental are for the benefit of the St. Paul’s Youth Mission Trip and/or other missions of the Triangle Class.

Deadline to reserve a booth is Friday, November 28, 2014.  Checks for booth rental should be made payable to St. Paul’s UCC with a notation “Christmas Bazaar” and should be mailed, along with registration information,  to St. Paul’s UCC / 2227 W. Michigan St. / Evansville, IN 47712, by the registration deadline.
