St. Paul’s Gymnasium

Social and Event Usage

The gymnasium is available at a rate of $50.00 per hour with two (2) hour minimum for social and other non-fund raising event usage.  Groups may use tables and chairs as needed.  Set up and take down is the responsibility of the renting party.  In addition to the use of tables and chairs, the heating and air conditioning system and restroom facilities are also included in the rental fee.  Additional charges may apply if the event or activity is fund raising in nature.

Athletic/ Fitness Usage

The gymnasium is available at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum for athletic and fitness usage.  The rental fee includes use of the gymnasium, the heating and air conditioning system, and the restroom facilities.   No other equipment or furnishings (tables, chairs, sporting equipment, etc…) are included.  All groups must provide a Certificate of Insurance, or all participants of all groups must sign a Waiver, Release of Liability & Indemnity Agreement.

Important:

St. Paul’s United Church of Christ reserves to right to refuse rental to any group if the purpose of the rental is determined to be inappropriate for the church environment, or if the purpose of the rental is not consistent with the beliefs, practices and/ or procedures of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.  Scheduling preference will be given to St. Paul’s church events.
